DEATH FOR FIVE VOICES

The extraordinary life and music of Don Carlo Gesualdo, Principe di Venosa. Extracts from contemporary documents are combined with a broad selection of his music. This programme can be combined with a showing of Werner Herzog's Italia-Prize-winning film "Death for Five Voices" in which Gerald Place and the Gesualdo Consort appear.
